Giovanna Matsubara

Giovanna Matsubara has a diverse work experience across various industries. Giovanna currently works as a Global Operations Manager at GuestReady Group, where they are responsible for defining operational processes and ensuring their implementation across multiple markets. Prior to this, Giovanna worked at Glovo, starting as a Regional Operations Manager in Brazil and eventually taking on roles such as Head of Operations in Poland and Global Operational Excellence Manager.
