Chani Goldengreen has a long and varied work experience. In 2010, they were the Branch Coordinator for Noam Masorti Youth Organization. Two years later, they became a Delegate for the World Council of Conservative Synagogues, Inc. (Masorti Olami). In 2014, they worked as an Information Technology Consultant for The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. In 2016, they were the Head of Leadership Training Program for Noam Masorti Youth Organization. In 2017, they were a Mentor for new English teachers and an English Teacher for Teach First Israel. In 2018, they were a Project Coordinator for both \u05e4\u05e8\u05d5\u05d9\u05e7\u05d8 "\u05e1\u05d5\u05d3\u05e7\u05d5\u05ea \u05d0\u05ea \u05ea\u05e7\u05e8\u05ea \u05d4\u05d6\u05db\u05d5\u05db\u05d9\u05ea" and \u05e4\u05e8\u05d5\u05d9\u05e7\u05d8 "\u05d8\u05d9\u05de\u05d6". In 2020, they were the Director - NOAM Olami for the World Council of Conservative Synagogues, Inc. (Masorti Olami). Most recently, they are a Training Content Developer for Guesty, starting in 2022.

Chani Goldengreen attended Tel Aviv University from 2019 to 2021, where they earned a Master of Education in Educational Policy-Special. Democratic Education. Prior to that, they attended The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2013 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education and Political Science.
