Shamim Naderi

Shamim Naderi is an accomplished civil engineer and land surveyor with extensive experience in project management and surveying for major commercial projects in Southern California. Currently serving as a Project Surveyor at GUIDA, Shamim previously held the position of Chief of Party at SADDLEBACK SURVEYS, INC., and worked as a Project Manager and Land Surveyor at IQA Solutions from 2014 to 2023. As the Land Surveying Department Manager at IQA Solutions, key responsibilities included overseeing project plans and supervising construction phases. Shamim's career also includes significant accomplishments such as the oversight of a 24-story mixed-use building and management of construction for a Wastewater Treatment Plant. Shamim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from BIHE, obtained in 2007.
