Trever Davis

Trever Davis is the current Chief Operating Officer at The Guidance Center. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Selective Medical Services from May 2017 to August 2017. In this role, they oversaw in-home support services for over 600 geriatric and other members across 21 states and supervised five regional/state supervisors. Trever also supervised the Office Manager and Recruitment Team, hiring up to 30 individuals monthly. In addition, they created metrics dashboards analyzing turnover, gains and losses of members in services, profit & loss. Trever served as primary liaison to contractors (Medicare Advantage health plan; independent regional provider network) and administered quality assurance and improvement processes, including personnel record audits. Trever also reviewed policies & procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state and contract regulations. Some of their accomplishments include completing a compensation review that produced the second pay increase in company's history, ranging from 16-50% for nearly all clinical employees, successfully completing a contractor's personnel record audit with 100% satisfactory result after failing previous, producing a collateral marketing packet, and implementing new Recruitment & Retention policies that reduced voluntary resignations by over 25% in just one month.

Trever Davis has a Doctor of Behavioral Health from Arizona State University, a Master of Education from Northern Arizona University, and a Bachelor of Science from Northern Arizona University. Trever is also certified in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Hospital Sisters Health System, Mental Health First Aid Instructor from National Council for Behavioral Health, ASAM Trainer from The Change Companies, and Licensed Associate Counselor from Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.

Trever Davis reports to Devon Forrest, CEO. They are on a team with Teresa Bertsch - Chief Medical Officer, Michael Kuzmin - Chief Financial Officer, and Nathan Jones - Chief Compliance Officer.
