Sue Rains Fcipd

Sue Rains FCIPD has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 2002. Sue began their career at SSE plc, where they held various HR roles, including HR & Training Manager, HR Manager, Lead HR Manager, and HR Business Partner. In 2020, they joined SSE Energy Services as the People Transformation Lead, where they focused on integrating HR practices and enhancing people policies. Currently, Sue is working at Guide Dogs for the Blind as the Senior People Services Lead and previously served as the Interim People Services Centre Manager.

Sue Rains FCIPD completed their education at the University of Portsmouth. In 1999, they obtained a BA Honours degree in Business and Personnel. Later, from 2001 to 2003, they pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Business and Personnel.
