Leon Hady

Leon Hady is the CEO and founder of Guide Education. Leon was previously the headteacher at The Stone Soup Academy from March 2013 to March 2016. During their time at The Stone Soup Academy, they led the school to an Ofsted 'Outstanding' in its first Section 5 inspection in May 2014. In 2016, they left to make a commercial venture from items he'd proved in their setting and other schools. Prior to their time at The Stone Soup Academy, Leon Hady had a decade of experience working as an assistant head, AST and English teacher at three different schools in the UK.

Leon Hady has an NPQH in Headship from the National College for Teaching and Leadership, a Master's Degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Markfield Institute of Higher Education, an M.Ed. in Education from the University of Hertfordshire, a GTP in English from Kingston University, an M.A. in English Writing from Nottingham Trent University, and a B.A. in Psychology, Sociology, and Media from Nottingham Trent University.
