Brian Blaser

Brian Blaser, M.Eng., GISP, serves as the Principal GIS Application Developer and Team Lead at Guidehouse since March 2023. As the Founder, President, and CEO of Trail Blaser Guides (Blaser & Company, LLP) since September 2005, Blaser transitioned the company from geospatial application development to a backcountry skiing guide and outfitter. Previous roles include Program Team Lead at SAIC, where oversight was provided to a nine-person team, and GIS Analyst/Developer with the State of Colorado's Air Quality Control Division, focusing on GIS applications for air quality management. Blaser's extensive experience in GIS spans various roles since 1994, including positions at CH2M Hill and the National Park Service. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Civil Engineering and multiple certifications in GIS and programming from institutions such as the University of Colorado and ESRI.
