Zach Eichmeier

Zach Eichmeier is an experienced professional with a background in compensation and HRIS. Zach currently serves as the Director of Compensation & HRIS at GuideOne Insurance since June 2020. Prior to this, Zach worked as a Sr. Compensation Consultant at Wells Fargo from 2013 to May 2020. Zach also held the position of Sr. Compensation Consultant at Aviva USA from July 2010 to January 2013, where they provided expertise in base pay, incentive compensation, and executive compensation. Before that, Zach worked at Wells Fargo from May 2001 to July 2010, where they served as a Sr. Compensation Consultant, specializing in job evaluation, sales incentive design, and market pricing.

Zach Eichmeier attended the University of Northern Iowa from 1996 to 2001, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with an emphasis in Human Resources, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology.
