Alicia Hopkins

Alicia Hopkins, MBA, currently serves as the Sales Operations Lead for the Northeast at GuidePoint Security since October 2018, after progressing through roles including Senior Sales Operations Specialist and Sales Operations Specialist. Prior to this, Alicia held the position of Executive Assistant to the President at Haigh-Farr, Inc. and served as an Executive Administrative Assistant at ClickSoftware. Alicia began a career in digital marketing as a Digital Marketing Account Executive at Propel Marketing, which specializes in online marketing solutions for local businesses. Additional experience includes a Business Development Internship at Skillsoft and a Sales Associate role at Swarovski. Alicia holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Southern New Hampshire University (January 2022) and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the same institution (2016).
