Bailee Rollins has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Currently, they are working at Guidepoint as a Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, where they lead the recruitment strategy for full-time and intern roles. Additionally, Bailee held the role of Administrative Associate, Student Engagement & Career Development at the University of Arizona. Before that, they gained research experience as a Research Assistant in psychology labs focusing on implicit biases and health disparities.
Bailee's early career involved teaching and leadership roles. Bailee served as a Teaching Resident at Doolen Middle School, where they facilitated a unique curriculum for low-income and minority E.S.L. students. Bailee also worked as the Director of Marketing for the National Collegiate Leadership Conference and held various peer mentorship and advising positions.
Outside of their professional work, Bailee has dedicated time to volunteer activities such as overseeing construction and renovation projects in Fiji and contributing to charitable organizations like the Salvation Army and soup kitchens.
Bailee Rollins completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology and English at the University of Arizona from 2011 to 2016. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in HED Organization & Administration at the same institution from 2017 to 2020.
