Dixit Bangera has a diverse range of work experience in the field of talent management and recruitment. Dixit is currently working at Guidepoint as a Global Talent Manager, responsible for recruiting new experts for their network. Most recently, in 2021 and 2022, Dixit attended the Great Lakes Institute of Management, obtaining an Executive MBA with a specialization in Data Science & Analytics.
