Yuqing Gong

Yuqing Gong has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Starting in 2017, they joined Guidepoint as a Research Analyst, where they excelled and set a record for recruiting qualified advisors. Yuqing then progressed to become a Research Manager, where they supported the Team Lead and conducted interviews for HR. In 2019, Yuqing became a Project Manager, responsible for project intake and client communication, as well as training new hires. Yuqing then transitioned to become the Head of EMEA Strategic Research, managing a team of young professionals and successfully growing European-based client accounts. Following a company restructuring, Yuqing became a Team Lead, managing major European-based clients and building a new team. Prior to Guidepoint, Yuqing worked as an Executive Assistant at Autolevy GmbH &Co.KG for a short period in 2016. Yuqing also gained experience as a Project Manager at Dragon Group Asia, handling event management, human resources improvements, and knowledge management. Earlier in their career, Yuqing worked as a Management Trainee at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., and as an intern at Kelly Services and Siemens, where they performed various administrative tasks and assisted with projects and event organization.

Yuqing Gong completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the Capital University of Economics and Business from 2007 to 2011. Following this, from 2011 to 2012, they pursued a master's degree in training and development at The University of Edinburgh. In addition to their formal education, Yuqing Gong obtained certification in German Language Skills from the Goethe-Institut e.V. in June 2016.
