Andres Otero

Andres Otero is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in dispute advisory and risk management. Currently serving as Senior Managing Director at Guidepost Solutions since March 2019, Otero specializes in business development and consultancy. Previously, Otero co-founded and led On Partners de Mexico as President, overseeing talent acquisition, client relationships, and strategic planning. Otero's tenure at Kroll spanned from 2006 to 2013, where responsibilities included managing and expanding operations across Latin America, with notable achievements in establishing the Colombia office.
