We work with long-term care facilities on complex medical management issues and regulatory compliance that help facilities establish and maintain high standards of care and compliance.  Recognized as an Age-Friendly Health System, GuideStar has engaged in presenting innovative research at the Alzheimer's Association International Conference in 2019 and 2020.   Your new role As a Licensed Independent Social Worker with GuideStar Eldercare, you will join in our efforts to provide neuro behavioral health services to residents in long term care facilities.
