Robb Norvell has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Robb started their career as State Director at Leader Insurance in 1997 and worked there until 1999. Robb then joined American Airlines as a Senior Commodity Manager from 2001 to 2004. In 2005, they joined GuideStone Financial Resources as a Project Analyst before moving on to become a Process Review Manager in the Department of Financial Reporting and Process Review from 2007 to 2010. Robb then became the Department Head of Operations Support at GuideStone Financial Resources from 2010 to 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Risk Management at GuideStone Financial Resources, where they are responsible for leading several risk-focused programs.

Robb Norvell completed their education as follows:

- From 2006 to 2008, they pursued an MS degree in Accounting and Information Management from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas.

- In the years 1999 to 2001, they obtained an MBA degree in Information Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.

- Robb Norvell graduated from Dallas Christian in 1991, where they obtained their High School Diploma.

In addition, they also hold certifications as a Certified Business Continuity Professional from DRI International (Disaster Recovery Institute) and as a CPA from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy, achieved in 2019 and 2009 respectively.
