Charlie Soong

Charlie Soong has extensive experience in technical and managerial roles within the software and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the CASE Principal Technical Lead at Guidewire Software since May 2012, Charlie has progressed through multiple technical positions, focusing on APAC customer support. Prior to Guidewire, Charlie managed operations at Ideas Co., Ltd., where best practices for software development were established. Additionally, Charlie spent six years at Omron Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., first as an Advanced Customer Engineer coordinating cross-functional teams between Japan and China, and earlier as a Field Engineer responsible for customer site operations. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Environmental Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology.
