Neil McQuaid

Neil McQuaid is an accomplished Enterprise Architect with extensive experience in software implementation and upgrades, primarily with Guidewire Software since March 2006. Holding certifications in ClaimCenter, Neil has successfully led numerous upgrade projects worldwide, developing tools and methods that significantly reduced operational costs. Previous roles include Principal Implementation Architect and Program Manager at CNA Insurance and The Hartford, focusing on ClaimCenter upgrades and implementations. Notable contributions also include management of teams at Liberty International Underwriters and NJM Insurance Group, where Neil directed comprehensive ClaimCenter implementations. Neil's career began in 1990 with CODA as a COBOL programmer, evolving through various roles in software consulting, which provided a solid foundation for subsequent leadership positions. Neil holds a B.S. in Management and Accounting from Northeastern University.
