Younes El Aoui

Younes el Missaoui has extensive experience in customer service and team leadership, currently serving as Senior Teamlead Customer Service UX and Single Point Of Contact at Guidion since February 2021. Previously, Younes worked at Arcadis as an Afstudeerstagiaire from September 2021 to July 2022 and gained valuable experience as a Shift Manager at New York Pizza from October 2017 to June 2021. Younes holds a Bachelor of Science in Bedrijfskunde from Avans University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2022, along with a Minor in International Sales & Accountancy from the same institution. Additionally, Younes has a background in economics from Amadeus Lyceum.
