Allison van Voorhis

Allison Van Voorhis is a leadership coach specializing in new, emerging, and diverse leaders, focusing on leadership wellbeing, authentic and inclusive leadership, and leading through crisis and change. With a background in employee experience and internal communications, Allison has worked at various companies such as Guild, Pure Storage, Genentech, Peet's Coffee, and Kaiser Permanente. Allison holds a MFA in English & Creative Writing from Mills College and a BA in English from the University of California, Davis.
