Kristen Minami

Kristen Minami is a Senior Partner Operations Analyst at Guild, responsible for the operational success of a portfolio of integrated learning partners, and previously held the position of Partner Operations Associate. Prior to joining Guild in October 2021, Kristen worked at UC Santa Barbara for four years, where roles included Counselor/Coordinator for the Educational Opportunity Program and Prevention Education Coordinator within the Campus Advocacy, Resources, and Education Office. Kristen's experience encompasses designing and implementing programs for underrepresented students, managing budgets, overseeing staff, and enhancing community engagement. Earlier roles included Assistant Residence Director and Conduct Officer at the University of San Francisco, and Curriculum Developer at UC Berkeley, demonstrating a strong background in higher education and student affairs. Kristen Minami holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Social Behavior from UC Irvine and a Master's Degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of San Francisco.
