Peter Adams has extensive experience in the insurance industry, primarily with Guild Insurance since October 1993, where roles have included Process Improvement Lead, Business and Process Specialist, and Business Testing Manager for Project Horizon, focusing on Guidewire suite implementation. Prior positions at MLC Insurance included roles such as GuildBanking Manager and Regional Manager, with foundational experience as an insurance clerk at QBE from 1972 to 1974. Peter Adams possesses expertise in user support, UAT testing, requirements management, and the development of user training artifacts, contributing significantly to business analysis and process improvement throughout a career spanning several decades.
