Tania Tyrrell

Tania Tyrrell is an experienced program and operations leader with a strong background in strategic project management across various sectors. Since April 2023, Tania has served as the Program Manager for Business Initiatives at Guild Insurance, where responsibilities include leading project portfolios and enhancing team capabilities. Prior to this, Tania held the position of Operations Director at Jitterbit, focusing on business improvements and professional services. Tania's experience at Telstra as General Manager of Portfolio Management and General Management of the Productivity Program involved managing substantial portfolios and driving transformational initiatives. Additionally, Tania was Head of Operations & Professional Services at Phoenix IT&T Consulting, overseeing operations and client satisfaction. Tania's career began at ANZ, where a range of roles involved extensive project management and strategic direction. Tania holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Engineering with Honours from the University of Melbourne.
