Cathy Recto

Cathy Recto is a seasoned professional in the mortgage and recruiting industries, currently serving as the Business Development Manager at Guild Mortgage. Previously, Cathy held the role of Recruiter at Draper and Kramer Mortgage Corp. and Senior Account Executive at Midwest Loan Solutions, following its acquisition of Huron Valley Financial. Additionally, Cathy contributed to Guaranteed Rate as Vice President of Strategic Recruiting and was part of the Sales Team at Complete Data Products. Cathy holds a degree in Banking and Corporate from Eastern Michigan University and attended the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 1993 to 1995.
