Robert Schmidt

Robert Schmidt is an experienced educator with a diverse background in teaching and administration. Currently serving as a 5th Grade Teacher at Guilderland Central School District since September 2018, Robert previously taught fourth grade at New York City Public Schools and held the position of Supervisor of Special Education (6-12) at South Orange - Maplewood School District. Additionally, Robert has experience as an Adjunct Professor at Union County College and as a Special Education Teacher at both South Orange - Maplewood Schools and Charles County Public Schools. Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Education from the State University of New York College at Cortland and a Master of Science in Elementary Education and Special Education Teaching from Long Island University.
