Yufeng Zhou

Yufeng ZHOU has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Business Partner for Greater China, Japan, and MENA at Guinness World Records since July 2019. In this role, Yufeng collaborates with the Global HR Director and regional leaders to ensure effective implementation of global HR strategies and supports employee-related matters. Prior to this position, Yufeng worked as an HR Business Partner at LEM, focusing on lifecycle management and employee engagement, and as an HR Marketing Officer at the International Committee of the Red Cross, where innovative HR marketing strategies were developed. Yufeng’s career also includes a role as HR Manager at Safran China and customer service experience at Société Générale. Academically, Yufeng holds Master's degrees in International Finance from Paris XIII University and International Business from Aix Marseille II University.
