Shane D.

Shane D. has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles.

Starting in 1989, they worked at the Toro Company as a Painter/EDP Technician for seven years.

From 1997 to 2003, they joined Walker Equipment/Carlise as a Project Manager & Lean Manufacturing Coordinator, where they managed large contracts with the Department of Defense and implemented Lean Transformation practices.

In 2004, they joined Mercury Marine as a Manufacturing Manager, where they stayed until 2016.

Later, in 2016, they worked at Sargento Foods Inc. as a Maintenance Supervisor for a year.

The following year, they joined Sasol North America as a Maintenance Superintendent until 2019.

Lastly, they currently hold a position at Gulbrandsen Chemicals Inc. as the Director of North American Operations and Maintenance since 2022, previously serving as the Director of Maintenance and Support Services and Maintenance Manager from 2019 to 2022.

Shane D. earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.S.) degree in Leadership and Organizational Studies from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from 2017 to 2024. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2010, they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Fox Valley Technical College. Additionally, Shane has obtained various certifications including RCMS/RC14001 - Lead Auditor from Verrico Associates in 2018, CPR/AED from Red Cross in 2018, OSHA 10 General Industry from Moraine Park Technical College in 2016, and Rescue Diver from PADI in 1999.
