Before that, they served as CEO of Turk Telekom International, where they transformed the company from a regional player to a global telecommunications operator. Cengiz also served as Chief Marketing and Sales Officer at Turk Telekom International. Prior to joining Turk Telekom International, Cengiz Oztelcan worked at Turk Telekom as the Managing Director of Turk Telekom Euro GmbH, where they successfully established the MVNO services in Germany and Belgium.
Cengiz Oztelcan began their career at Intel, where they held various roles including Head of Sales, Key Accounts, Regional Business Development & Marketing Manager - EMEA, and Senior Technical Marketing Manager. Cengiz was responsible for enabling customers to be time-to-market with future IA-32 Intel Xeon processors and chipsets.
Before joining Intel, they worked at Boeing as a Senior Engineering Specialist, where they contributed to the feasibility and development of a supersonic aircraft.

Cengiz Oztelcan completed their education with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1994. Cengiz further pursued a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the same university, which they completed in 1995. Later, they attended the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business, where they earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Executive MBA between the years 2000 and 2002.
