Shraddhaa began their career at GENPACT in 2004, where they started as a Process Associate and worked their way up to become the Training Manager. In this role, they led a team of 6 and implemented training projects for 3rd parties, resulting in increased efficiency and improved performance accuracy. Shraddhaa successfully reduced training timelines by an average of 50% without impacting performance.

In 2011, Shraddhaa joined Emirates NBD as the Manager of Learning & Talent Development.
