Previously, Belinda has held high-level positions at companies such as Next Generation Energy Logistics, SPI Petroleum LLC, Maxum Petroleum, USPowerGen, CMS Energy Corporation, and CMS Enterprises. Belinda is a highly experienced professional with a background in law and business administration from Georgetown University Law Center and the University of Michigan.
