Kendra Newton

Kendra Newton has a diverse work experience in various roles related to marketing, public relations, and career mentoring. Kendra started their career at Hearst Magazines as an Associate PR Manager and then worked at Bauer Publishing as a Publicist. Kendra later joined the GlamourGals Foundation as a member of the Advisory Board. Kendra then became a Senior Publicist at HarperCollins Publishers, where they handled PR for multiple imprints and secured press in various media outlets. Kendra then worked at Full Picture as an Account Manager, where they managed client relationships for high-profile individuals and brands. After that, Kendra founded their own boutique lifestyle public relations and consulting agency called Hot Property PR, where they accumulated over 500 million impressions for their clients. Kendra also worked as a Marketing Director at HarperCollins Publishers before joining Cent, a web3 startup, as a Marketing Director. Currently, they hold the position of Marketing Director at Gumband, a company that specializes in interactive exhibits. In addition to their work experience, Kendra is also a career mentor, content creator, and public speaker, with a focus on helping corporate professionals succeed in their careers.

Kendra Newton holds a Master of Science degree in Magazine Publishing from Northwestern University. Kendra also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Penn State University. In addition, Kendra has obtained a certification in "The Science of Well-Being" from Coursera in 2018.
