Andrew Towers

Andrew Towers has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Their most recent role was as the Director of Product at Gumtree.com, starting in June 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Non Executive Director at Transreport starting from March 2021.

From 2017 to 2023, Towers held various roles at oddschecker Global Media, including Chief Product Officer, Managing Director for oddschecker UK, and Chief Operating Officer for oddschecker.

Between 2014 and 2017, Towers worked at eBay, where they held the positions of Head of Mobile for eBay UK and Senior Manager for EU Mobile.

Prior to that, Towers was the Head of Product Development at thetrainline.com from 2011 to 2014, and the Customer Experience and Usability Manager at Sportingbet from 2010 to 2011.

Their early career includes roles as Operations Development Manager and Marketing Manager at Tesco.com, where they also completed the Tesco.com Graduate Programme.

Andrew Towers attended Imperial College London from 2001 to 2005, where they pursued an MEng degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering. In 2018, they enrolled in a short-term program at the London Business School for Executive Education, specifically in Finance for Non-Finance Executives. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Product Academy Fundamentals from McKinsey & Company in November 2022.
