Charlotte Xiaou Wu

Charlotte Xiaou Wu has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Charlotte Xiaou is currently employed as a Senior UX Researcher at Gumtree.com. Prior to this, they worked as a UX Research Bootcamp Teacher at Memorisely, where they facilitated bootcamps teaching UX Research methods and principles. Charlotte Xiaou was also a User Experience Researcher at VMLY&R, where they planned, designed, and executed end-to-end research for a range of teams and clients.

In addition, Charlotte has held positions at Geekulcha as the Chief Product Officer and Research and Development Lead. Charlotte attended the University of Cambridge from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English.

From 2011 to 2012, they pursued a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) at the University of Cambridge, specializing in Multi-Disciplinary Gender Studies.

In 2014, Charlotte began their doctoral studies at King's College London. Charlotte Xiaou completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Digital/Global Health Humanities in 2019.

In 2022, Charlotte enrolled in a UX Research Bootcamp at Memorisely.
