Natalia Prochnicka

Natalia Prochnicka has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Natalia is currently the General Counsel for Gumtree.com and Motors.co. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Legal Counsel and Head of Operational Businesses at Round Hill Capital from 2021 to 2022. Natalia also served as the Head of Legal at Nido Student, an award-winning operator for European student accommodation, from 2020 to 2022. Before that, Natalia was a Legal Counsel at Johnson Matthey, a sustainable technologies company, from 2016 to 2020. Natalia also worked as a Managing Legal Counsel at Synthomer plc. in 2015.

Natalia's early career includes experience as a Corporate Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP from 2011 to 2015, where they focused on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity. Natalia also had a brief secondment as a lawyer at Lion Capital in 2013. Natalia's legal career began as a Trainee Lawyer at Watson, Farley & Williams LLP from 2009 to 2011. Throughout their career, they have worked on significant projects and transactions for various clients and companies.

Natalia Prochnicka started their education at St Mary's, Cambridge from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained 11 GCSEs. Natalia then attended Hills Road Sixth Form College from 2002 to 2004, and completed their 4 A-levels in Economics, Mathematics, History, and Chemistry. Continuing their academic journey, Natalia Prochnicka attended Durham University from 2004 to 2007, where they pursued a BA in Economics. Natalia furthered their legal education at BPP Law School from 2007 to 2009, completing a Graduate Diploma in Law & Legal Practice Course.
