Claire Withers

Claire Withers is a highly experienced Family Law Partner with extensive expertise in the legal sector. Currently serving at gunnercooke llp since May 2023, Claire has also held significant roles at Langleys Solicitors LLP as Partner and Head of Family East Yorkshire, and at Stowe Family Law LLP as Partner and Senior Lawyer. Claire's career began at Andrew Jackson, where involvement as a Chartered Legal Executive has been maintained since November 1996. Claire qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in September 2006, is a member of Resolution, and serves as Treasurer for Hull & East Yorkshire Resolution. Prior to current roles, Claire was a Partner at Knights from March 2022 to May 2023. Education was completed at Malet Lambert High School.
