Rebecca Lapense

Rebecca LaPense, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Gunstock Mountain Resort since September 2011. In this role, Rebecca oversees all HR functions, focusing on strategic initiatives such as workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, total compensation, and risk management. Prior to Gunstock Mountain Resort, Rebecca held the position of Director of Human Resources at Cranmore Mountain Resort from September 2005 to July 2011 and worked at MBNA from February 2000 to June 2005 in various roles, including Department Manager and Senior HR Generalist/Quality & Education Manager. Rebecca LaPense holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Eastern University.
