Ian Oxley

Ian Oxley has extensive experience in the base metals trading sector, currently serving at Gunvor Group Ltd since November 2022. Prior roles include serving as a Base Metals Trader at Freepoint Commodities from September 2016 to November 2022, where Ian focused on portfolio management across all base metals. Prior to that, Ian held the position of Senior Base Metals Trader at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking from June 1999 to September 2016, and worked as an LME Floor Trader at both Credit Lyonnais from June 1998 to May 1999 and Rudolph Wolff from September 1996 to May 1998.
