Philip Wong

Philip Wong has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles in the IT industry. From 1998 to 2008, they served as Director of Technology at South China Morning Post and its subsidiary, South China Morning Post Publisher Limited. In 2008, they joined BOC International as Senior VP and later became the Managing Director of the IT Division. In this role, they spearheaded the development of a cost-efficient and stable iBank data network and virtualized system. Additionally, they took on responsibilities related to enterprise applications and data management. In 2017, they joined Emperor Group as the Group IT Director and eventually became the Group Chief Information Officer in 2019. Currently, Philip is the Head of the IT Department at Guotai Junan International, where they utilize their extensive experience to lead the organization's IT initiatives.

Philip Wong completed their first master's degree in Professional Accounting at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University between 2006 and 2008. Philip then pursued another master's degree at Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM) from 2002 to 2005, specializing in both Information Technology and MBA.
