Mohammad Bhanpurwala has a diverse range of work experience. Mohammad most recently worked at Gupshup as a Customer Success Executive, starting in October 2022. Prior to that, from November 2020 to October 2022, they worked at MasterSoft ERP Solutions in the same role. Mohammad'sresponsibilities included maintaining service standards, providing technical support and training to customers, and addressing customer queries.

Before joining MasterSoft ERP Solutions, Mohammad worked as a Senior System Analyst at Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI) from November 2020 to October 2022. Mohammad also had a brief tenure as a Coding Instructor at Camp K12 in September and October 2020.

Mohammad Bhanpurwala began their education in 2008 at Nirmala Convent High School Satara, where they completed their Secondary School education in 2014. Following this, they attended Karmaveer Bhaurao Patil College of Engineering and Polytechnic from 2014 to 2017, earning a Diploma in Computer Engineering. Mohammad then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Shah And Anchor Kutchhi Engineering College, graduating in 2020.

Building on their academic achievements, Mohammad went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Technology at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), beginning in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Mohammad has also obtained various certifications. Mohammad completed the Advanced Microsoft Excel Formulas & Functions course from Udemy in May 2020, the Data Science course authorized by IBM from Coursera Course Certificates in May 2020, The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing course from Google in March 2020, and the Create Android Apps Without Coding Advance Course from Udemy in December 2019. Mohammad also achieved the Network Security Expert NSE 2 certification from Fortinet in May 2020, as well as the Network Security Expert NSE 1 certification from Fortinet in April 2020.
