Flavia Santilli

Flavia Santilli has significant experience in finance and administration. Flavia is currently the Head of Finance at Gupy since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager of Corporate Finance at Camino Education from April 2021 to April 2022. From June 2018 to April 2021, they served as a Controller at Synapcom. Before that, they held the position of Senior Manager of Financial Administration at Universia Brasil from May 2013 to April 2015. Flavia also worked at Banco Santander, where they were a Senior Accounting Manager from April 2015 to February 2018, and a Financial Coordinator from May 2009 to May 2013. Flavia started their career as a Senior Financial Analyst at EUROPA MUNDO VACACIONES SL from March 2005 to September 2007. Additionally, they held roles as a Senior Financial Analyst and Accounting Coordinator at Santander España (Gesban) from October 2007 to April 2009.

Flavia Santilli has a diverse education history. In 1998, they completed their undergraduate degree in Communication Social at Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho. Flavia pursued further specialization in 2003, earning a degree in Corporate Communication from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Later in 2007, they obtained an MBA in Accounting Management from CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros. In 2009, Flavia expanded their knowledge in accounting by completing a course in Accounting Technician at INED. Flavia then focused on finance and completed an MBA in Finance at PROFUTURO - FIA Business School in 2014. Currently, in 2022, they are studying Positive Psychology, Well-being Science, and Self-fulfillment at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, expected to finish in 2023.
