Heloisa Zen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Sales Associate and Beauty Specialist at Starboard Cruise Services. In 2016, they joined MSC Cruises as a Sales Associate, Beauty Specialist, and Assistant Manager, and they held this position until 2020. In 2020, they transitioned to CVC Viagens and worked as a Travel Agent until 2021. From 2021 to 2021, they worked as an Inside Sales employee at Fronhas Antifrizz.
