Jennifer Cargill has worked in the IT industry since 1995. Jennifer began their career as MIS Help Desk Support III at Austin Diagnostic Clinic. In 1998, they moved to Akin, Gump as a Trainer/Application Support. In 2000, they took a role as Systems Support Analyst/Trainer at Locke, Liddell & Sapp LLP, where they provided on-going training to end users and maintained a local queue of problem issues and solutions. From 2001 to 2004, Jennifer was a Senior Consultant at PeopleAdmin, where they interviewed new clients to gather requirements and planned/scoped out the custom implementation of one or more enterprise software applications. From 2004 to 2019, they were a Senior Customer Success Manager at Vibe HCM, where they were a senior customer success and pre-sales professional focused on client retention and upsells. In 2022, Jennifer began working at InVision Group as a Senior Solutions Consultant, responsible for working with the U. S. Customer Experience team with primary functions of implementation services, customer success, and sales pipeline growth. Jennifer is currently a Customer Success Manager at MapsPeople.
Jennifer Cargill began their educational journey in 1992 when they attended Austin Community College, studying Theater until 1995. In 2001, they obtained A+ and N+ Certification from New Horizons.
