Teona Daushvili

Teona Daushvili has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Teona is currently working as HR Director at Gurtam since December 2021. Previously, they served as Head of HR at Andersen Lab from December 2020 to September 2021. Prior to that, Teona worked at Modus Group as an HR lead from February 2016 to January 2021. Teona also worked as HR BP at Nasha Pochta ZAO from February 2015 to February 2016 and as HR lead at OOO "Eym" from March 2014 to March 2015. Teona's early work experience includes working as a Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Gruppa kompaniy "LBR-Agromarket" from March 2011 to March 2014.

Teona Daushvili pursued their education in a variety of fields. From 2020 to 2021, they attended the International Coach and Trainer Association to become a coach practitioner. In 2018, Daushvili briefly studied at the BMW GROUP Qualification and Training Center, focusing on becoming a certified HR Manager. Earlier, from 2005 to 2010, they attended the Belarusian State Pedagogical University Named after Maxim Tank (BSPU), where they studied practical psychology and foreign language proficiency.
