Pamela Saad

Pamela Saad has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and talent management. Pamela currently serves as the Head of People & Culture at GURU Organic Energy, a position they assumed in May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Talent & Culture Manager at APP Group starting from September 2018.

Before joining APP Group, Pamela worked at Aux Vivres Group as a Human Resources Consultant from September 2018 to February 2019. Pamela also held the position of Human Resources Manager at Aux Vivres Group from November 2017 to September 2018.

Pamela Saad, MBA, CRHA has a strong educational background. Pamela obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Public Administration from Saint Joseph University of Beirut in 2007. Later, in 2011-2013, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from both Saint Joseph University of Beirut and IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School, specializing in Management des Entreprises and Business Administration and Management, General respectively. In 2019, they also obtained the certification of Conseillère en Ressources Humaines Agréée (CRHA) from the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés.
