Lewis Wang

Lewis Wang currently serves as the Assistant General Manager at Gusto 54 Restaurant Group, beginning in September 2024. Prior experience includes several management roles at Soho House & Co from August 2019 to September 2024, where Lewis contributed to the opening team for Soho House in Asia and held positions such as Club Manager, Senior F&B Manager, and Floor Manager & Training Manager. Earlier roles included Senior and Guest Services Supervisor at Lanson Place Hospitality Management Limited, overseeing operational aspects for a luxury hotel, and participation in a rotational leadership program. Lewis also worked as a Senior Server at La BOMBANCE, a Michelin-recommended restaurant, and as a Market Research Assistant at The Plaza Club Honolulu. Educational background features a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and International Business from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, complemented by a student exchange program at City University of Hong Kong.
