Sharon (Xiaoxiao) Liang currently serves as the Head of People & Culture at Gusto Collective, a position held since September 2019. Prior to this role, Sharon was the Senior Manager of Human Resources & Talent at Constituency Management Group (Interpublic Group - IPG) from September 2014 to September 2019, overseeing various brands in the PR, advertising, and branding sectors. Experience also includes serving as Senior HR Manager at Razorfish from June 2013 to July 2014 and HR Manager at CCP Games Asia from March 2008 to June 2013, where responsibilities included implementing global HR strategies and establishing HR functions. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance & Administration from Western University, obtained between 2001 and 2005.
