Paul Weston

Paul Weston is an experienced professional with a strong background in the UK Out of Home (OOH) and wholesale markets, currently launching Don Simon into wholesale as part of a contract position with GARCIA-CARRION. As the Business Owner at RAW!, Paul collaborates with challenger and new brands to accelerate distribution and growth, while also undertaking coaching and mentoring. Other roles include Commercial Manager for Polenghi Group, focusing on lemon juice brands in grocery and OOH channels, and contributing to sales growth for Gusto Organic and Bar1Brands. Paul also works with Nutcase Nuts to enhance distribution outside the B2C base and has experience as an On Trade Specialist with Ocean Spray Cranberries. Additionally, Paul volunteers to help students prepare for the business world and has a strong educational background with a BA in Business Studies from Bournemouth University.
