Alisha Kassam

Alisha Kassam is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in user experience and design leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Design for Core Experiences at Gusto, Alisha has previously held roles at Shopify as a UX Manager for Logistics and Senior Designer. During a career break, Alisha focused on full-time parenting. Additionally, Alisha has contributed to academia as a faculty member in Design and Research at York University and is the founder of Side by Side Collective. Educational qualifications include a BScH in Cognitive Psychology from Queen's University and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Warwick.
