Mohit Ramani

Mohit Ramani is an experienced analytics professional currently serving as the Lead Analytics Engineer for the People Data team at Gusto since July 2021, after previously holding the position of Senior Analytics Engineer in the same department. Prior to Gusto, Mohit worked at State Street Global Advisors from June 2018 to June 2021 as a Senior Data Scientist, where responsibilities included developing analytics tools in Workforce Planning and overseeing database architecture. Mohit also served as a Quantitative Analyst and Quantitative Developer within State Street, focusing on data automation and dashboard development for Fixed Income portfolio management. Earlier experience includes a role as a Software Engineer at Infosys and a researcher position at the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO). Mohit holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
