Victoria Duffy is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Head of Corporate and Securities and Chief of Staff, Legal & Compliance at Gusto. Prior to this role, Victoria spent many years at AIG, where Victoria held various positions including Chief of Staff – Global Legal Compliance & Regulatory. Throughout their career, Victoria has been known for their creativity, innovation, and willingness to take on new challenges. Victoria attended New York Law School where Victoria obtained their Doctor of Law degree after completing their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government at Binghamton University.
