Zachary Koopman

Zachary Koopman has extensive work experience in the field of IT and information security. Zachary is currently the Head of IT & Information Security at GutCheck, a position they have held since June 2021.

Prior to their current role, Zachary worked at The TNS Group from 2017 to 2021, where they held various positions. Zachary was the Head of Internal Systems from October 2019 to April 2021, the Client Service Desk Manager from October 2018 to September 2019, and a Tier II Analyst from February 2017 to September 2018.

Before joining The TNS Group, Zachary was a Senior Analyst at FedSolutions, Inc. from June 2013 to December 2016. Additionally, they worked as a Team Leader at OIT Computer Classrooms from September 2010 to May 2013 and as an Intern at Free Press in September 2012.

Zachary Koopman attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government. In terms of additional certifications, they became a Certified Network Security Specialist through the International CyberSecurity Institute (ICSI) in the United Kingdom in June 2020. Zachary also obtained certifications as a Connectwise Automate Certified Professional and a Connectwise Automate Certified Expert from ConnectWise in May 2020 and April 2020, respectively. In February 2021, they earned the Okta Certified Professional designation from Okta, Inc.
